I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the service left much to be desired. The location is quite nice, but it's not as convenient as I'd hoped for dining options. The dining experience was quite bland, which was disappointing for a resort. Overall, there were some redeeming features, but I expected more from a brand like this.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering beautiful views, but the service was lacking in responsiveness. Dining options were limited and overpriced, while the facilities were decent but in need of improvement. Overall, it provided some value, but there are definitely areas that could be enhanced.

The hotel provides a comfortable experience with spacious rooms and a nice view, but the service could use a bit more warmth and the dining options were quite limited. While the spa facilities were enjoyable, some aspects, like the kids' club, need improvement to be more family-friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay with potential for enhancement.

The rooms were very spacious, modern, and had a nice view of the lake. They were clean and comfortable, but I expected more in terms of amenities for kids.

The service was polite but felt a bit slow and lacked the welcoming vibe I hoped for. It could definitely improve with more attentive staff and quicker responses.

The breakfast buffet was good, but the dinner options were quite limited and overpriced for the quality offered.

While the spa was nice and we enjoyed the sauna and baths, the kids' club could use better equipment and space to keep the little ones entertained.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, highlighted by the breathtaking lake views and the exceptional service from the staff, particularly the concierge team. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a nice retreat after a day on the slopes. However, the dining experience fell short, with some meals not meeting expectations. Additionally, the location was decent but not entirely convenient for ski-in ski-out access, which was a bit disappointing.

I had my fifth stay at this hotel for our ski holidays, and while the location is convenient and the room is spacious with great views, I was disappointed this time. The complimentary perks have diminished, and some of the furniture feels quite worn. It's time to look for other options based on this experience.

Rooms
7.0
The room was big and spacious, featuring a lovely balcony with a view of the slopes or lake, which I really enjoyed. However, the sofa was sunken and in need of replacement.
Service
8.0
The staff was attentive and helpful, especially during our check-in and throughout our stay, but it didn't feel as personal as it used to.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated with many eateries nearby and is not overly crowded, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a day of skiing.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was impressive, with a fabulous spread, though I noticed it lacked the extra touches like fruit platters that were included in previous stays.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel amenities were nice but seemed to be losing their edge compared to past experiences, and some areas need updating.
